Power Layers is a small but powerful application that provides you with the function of adding, inserting, removing, moving, rotating and merging layers. With this program you will be able to change your files' transparency and perform such operations as subtract, add, multiply, divide and more.
The program is pretty easy to use. Before merging your files or modifying them, you will be able to preview the changes before the program finishes working. With this application you can add several effects to images. If you want to deform a picture, you can use this program in order to do it. There are many nice effects. For example, you can add waves to your image files, and make them look twisted.
Thanks to the program, you can amplify any part of your favorite image files. You can also change the color of the background or of the entire picture. Power Layers enables you to rotate image files selecting the rotate grade and horizontal or vertical flip. Another thing you can do with this application, is add one picture to another, making it look like one is on top of the other image. There is a zoom button on the program's main window that will let you see every detail on your pictures. There is also a negative option that will let you see your picture in the photography negative mode.
